The material used is a plasterboard backed with insulation incorporating a vapour barrier. This can then be taped and jointed or skimmed with a skim coat. It is ideal for use in timber frame and stone wall house’s etc. Dry lining is very effective in insulating the roof of old flat roof dwellings.
